David L. Sage

David L. Sage has been a trial lawyer in Louisville, Kentucky since 1991. David graduated from Hanover College in 1988 where he received the prestigious A. Glenn Mover Pre-Law Award as the outstanding pre-law student his senior year. David graduated from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1991 where he served on Law Review and was published. 
In his nearly thirty years of private practice, David has handled civil litigation, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations for both plaintiffs and defendants throughout Kentucky and Indiana, including both State and Federal Courts and has successfully tried many cases before juries. David's experience includes personal injury cases, insurance coverage litigation, business and commercial disputes, worker's compensation claims, and non-compete agreements. David is a member of Louisville and Indiana Bar Associations; the Kentucky Justice Association; and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. 
David was admitted to practice law in all Kentucky and Indiana State Courts, as well as the Federal Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana in 1991. In 1994, David was admitted to the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In 1995, David was admitted to the United States Supreme Court. In 1996, he was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
